Dr. Lance T. Ketchum is the Executive Director of the Minnesota Baptist Association of Churches. He travels extensively throughout the state of Minnesota and around the country providing Family Bible Conferences, Evangelistic and Revival Meetings, Prophecy Conferences and Soul Winning Conferences. He has been a Church “Planter,” Itinerant Evangelist and Pastor for almost 25 years. He is currently Pastoring a new church "plant," Shepherd's Fold Baptist Church of Hutchinson, MN.
In 1993, Dr. Ketchum began his writing ministry along with Disciple Maker Ministries. He has authored 23 other books and numerous booklets, tracts and pamphlets. The focus of this ministry is to provide Pastors, Missionaries and all serious Bible students with inductive, expository, application driven Bible study materials that will help them translate the Word of God into the language of living.
Dr. Ketchum has an Associate Degree in Bible with High Distinction from Trinity College of the Bible of Newburgh, Indiana. He has a Bachelor of Theology Degree and a Master of Theology Degree from Andersonville Baptist Seminary of Camillia, Georgia. He has a Doctor of Philosophy in Bible and Theology from Louisiana Baptist University of Shreveport, Louisiana. Dr. Ketchum is also a certified Law Enforcement Chaplin.
He has been married to his wife (Patty Lou) for 38 years. They have raised four children who have given them fourteen grandchildren. All their children serve the Lord in independent, fundamental Baptist churches.
